I called the company to get a full refund

I went to school to be a mechanical engineer and I am very adept at making repairs in my home.

I put a new roof on the house and new flooring inside.

There really aren’t a lot of things that I can’t do on my own. I thought it was going to be easy to install my own ductless HVAC unit. I contacted a wholesale company that sells ductless HVAC equipment and I ordered items online from a place nearby. Shipping was supposed to be two days later and I was surprised when the ductless HVAC equipment arrived on time. I thought it was going to be impossible for the wholesaler to get the items to me on time, but they must have sent them on a jet. I didn’t start on the project until a couple of days later. I decided to get all of the parts and pieces out of the box before I got started so I could look at everything. There seems to be a lot of equipment missing. I contacted the company and the woman told me that all of the parts should have been in the box. I told them that I wanted a full refund because there was no way that I could install the system with half of the pieces missing. The dealership told me that I had to pay for the shipping costs and a restocking fee. I wanted a full refund, but they didn’t want to do anything to help me. I ended up having to call a professional repair and installation company nearby. They had the right equipment to install the system properly.
