I finally cleaned my HVAC vents.
I should have cleaned them about ten months ago, but I kept putting it off and putting it off. Cleaning HVAC vents really isn’t hard, it is just sort of annoying and a bit time consuming. I thought that I would have time to clean the HVAC vents before my friends came over last week, but I ended up getting busy with something else, and I ended up forgetting about the HVAC vents. Well, that was not a good thing because I didn’t realize that one of my kids had thrown food down the HVAC vent in the dining room, and it stunk so badly. I was so appalled when my friends came over and my house smelled like rotten food. I had cleaned the whole house except the HVAC vents trying to find where the smell was coming from. Little did I know, but the smell was coming from the HVAC vent in the dining room. It was hard to tell because the air conditioning would come on, and the smell seemed to fill the entire house, so I could not find the source. It was not until about a week after my friends came over that I decided to actually clean the HVAC vents. I was cleaning the dining room HVAC vent when I started to smell that rotten smell really strongly. I found the old cheese stick in the HVAC vent, and it was rancid. It was so bad that I almost lost my breakfast. I wish that I would have cleaned out my HVAC vents sooner just like I had planned to.
