I have temperature curves programmed on my smart thermostat

I like to have as much of my life automated for me so I can focus on my work primarily.

For instance, my coffee maker is set to go off right when I want to wake up every morning.

It’s amazing to wake up to the smell of fresh coffee first thing in the morning. It helps me wake up in the morning knowing that otherwise I have to hit snooze half a dozen times just to pull myself out of unconsciousness. I have also used different kinds of alarms, including one that wakes me up using music. That is automated through my smart device that I have inside my bedroom that will automatically read me the time of the day and give me the outdoor temperature if I ask it. As for the temperature in my house, that is programmed into my smart thermostat. I hated having to get up throughout the day to adjust the temperature to account for the fluctuations outside. For instance, I like it cold while I sleep but I always raise the temperature in the house during the day to compensate for the sun’s radiant heat. So while I might sleep with the a/c set to 72 degrees, I usually leave it close to 78 degrees in the afternoon hours. It’s terrible if I forget to change the thermostat and leave it on 72 degrees unknowingly, so manually programming the thermostat to do this on its own everyday is a huge benefit. While you can do this on many old digital thermostats, it’s even easier to do it on a smart thermostat.
