I happen to be a huge fan of spicy foods.
If my food doesn’t have enough spice in it, I have to add some hot sauce to it! This is why I always bring a thing of hot sauce with me when I am going to a place to eat, especially restaurants.
At restaurants, I always end up having to ask the server to adjust the temperature control settings so that we can get the A/C system blasting. I need the A/C to be turned up because I typically get really hot when I am eating my spicy food. Sometimes people get mad because I want the A/C to be up perhaps a little too high. This is why sometimes we have to take our food to go or just order out in the first place. I love to come home to eat some good food and have that A/C blasting. My wife enjoys spicy food as well, but she doesn’t take it to an extreme level like I do. I do make some really good chilly that she enjoys though. I always think about her though and try not to make it too blazing hot to the point where she needs to drink some milk. I just add a little more hot sauce in my own dish so we both can enjoy the food immensely. I appreciate the fact that she always lets me adjust the temperature control settings precisely how I want and she never gets mad. That’s probably why I married her because she puts up with me and loves me no matter what.
