The Heating plus A/C machine professionals in our supplier have a horrible way to indoctrinate new Heating plus A/C professionals.
If they were in a university fraternity, it would be sort of like hazing separate from the alcohol or crazy stunts… They would send the new Heating plus A/C machine professional to the ‘haunted’ residence plus have him do the gas furnace repairs plus servicing.
Before leaving, they let him assume there were ghosts plus possibly vampires residing in that residence. There were ancient coffins in the basement, plus sometimes the lids had opened on their own, just as the Heating plus A/C professional arrived on the scene. I kept telling everyone they should never do this to new Heating plus A/C techs. I was afraid they would have someone so scared that they would not go plus would quit the work entirely. That wouldn’t be tolerable to the new professional. They said that everyone went through it plus if the new professional couldn’t handle it, then she should not be a Heating plus A/C professional. I shook my head upon hearing this plus walked away. When the new Heating plus A/C machine professional came back that afternoon, she was flushed plus had a bandaid on her neck. One of the older Heating plus A/C techs snickered plus asked how her first time to the ‘haunted’ residence went, and she said she was truly dizzy, plus all she could remember was someone grabbing her from behind plus kissing her neck really hard. She pulled off the bandaid to show marks on her neck that looked precisely like teeth marks. She winked at me plus walked away. I heard her telling one of the other HVAC experts that the residence was cool plus it’s amazing what makeup can do to produce bite marks.
