There is one thing that I do not like about living in the part that I live; People are typically stopping by unexpectedly plus expecting us to have our home ready for guests.
The home that my pal and I live in has No central heating or cooling so it is hard to regulate the temperature for a lot of people.
For example when I know people are coming over I will turn the A/C on in each room Very few of hours before people come over. This way the temperature is regulated plus the home is cool plus comfortable for guests. When people stop by unexpectedly I have to turn on the A/C plus it gets genuinely loud plus frustrating when we’re trying to have a conversation. The A/C unit is loud no matter what. But whenever I can have the home cool plus comfortable before people come over, I can turn the A/C off. The home will stay cool for about an hour plus I will be able to talk to people plus not have the window unit A/C blasting in the background. Another thing that is frustrating is when people stop by in the winter months. I have to offer people blankets if they stop by unexpectedly because my pal and I don’t keep the space heaters on in each room at all times! My associate and I only hear the room my pal and I are in at one time.
