I look around me when I go out in my town and all I see are green lush trees and plants.
They keep the air clean and free of carbon monoxide and I am grateful for each and every one of them.
We are situated on the coast of the sea and surrounded by mountains on three of the sides and a bunch of local businesses here in town which support life here. I don’t have a car but would love to take a cruise through the mountains one day just to see what is on the other side. I work for the local contractor down the street and can ride my bike there in about three minutes. I haven’t driven a car in years and am very fine not driving one again for the rest of my life, except for that trip to the mountains one day in an electric car. I would need a car with a good HVAC system if we drove in the summer because it can get stiflingly hot here, and it would be a very uncomfortable trip without any AC. I’m sure the electric cars that they rent here have a climate control system in them. I would love to take a ride in a self-driving Tesla one day just to experience the surreal feeling of not having to drive a car while sitting in the driver’s seat. I wonder how much the air conditioner affects the battery life while driving the car? I guess one day I will find out what it’s like to be in a self-driving vehicle because it is coming soon to the streets of the world.
