Last week, my dad tore up the gas furnace when she was trying to maintenance it, and she is consistently doing stuff love that and it drives my Dad particularly nuts, then she calls me to complain about it at least once a week, and I am sincerely sick and exhausted of hearing about it, and usually when she calls, I shall just put her on speakerphone and walk around doing other things.
I don’t genuinely listen while she rants and rails about my dad trying to maintenance the refrigerator or the air conditioning method or the garage door opener.
It’s consistently something with those two. They argument all the time about one thing or another and occasionally I just can’t sit to hear about it. Last week, their aged electric gas furnace stopped working and my dad couldn’t bear to call the HVAC company to have them come and maintenance it for them. She said that she didn’t want to have to pay for a gas furnace maintenance this soon after Christmas and I can’t say that I blame him. She was bound and determined to get the gas furnace fixed himself so that she wouldn’t have to pay a dime to the HVAC company. My dad is actually one of the cheapest people that you would ever meet! I don’t think how they ever make it through the holidays in my first locale. My Dad genuinely likes to shop and so her method of spending never matches up with my dad’s method of spending. Last month when my dad tore up their gas furnace even worse than it was before, I thought my Dad was just going to scream.
