I am so lucky to have a good friend who is a heating and air conditioning specialist. And not just any heating and air conditioning specialist, but an independent heating and air conditioning specialist. Because of this fact I always know that I will have emergency heating and cooling home services available to me in the event that the heat and a/c unit breaks down at a time where I need it fixed right away. My friend the heating and air conditioning specialist always said to me that if there is ever a true heating and cooling emergency that I can call him and he will be right over as soon as humanly possible. I have only had to use him a few times like this, and on top of it he will give me a discount on the emergency heating and air conditioning home services because he is my friend. If I did not have an independent heating and air conditioning specialist as a good friend, I would not have the emergency heating and cooling home service available to me that I do. I consider myself very lucky to have such a good friend who is a heating and air conditioning specialist that is an independent contractor. This gives him the option to give me discounted heating and air conditioning home services if he wants and he could also give me free heat and a/c repair. Not that I would ever ask or expect that, but I am just saying that he has that option if he wanted to.
