One thing that annoys me about my husband is the way that he won’t ever admit when we need to get professional assistance or when we need to pay for a professional! He drives me crazy with the way that he’s always trying to fix everything around the house when he has no idea what he’s doing most of the time! He likes to act like he’s an expert on everything but the truth is that he is not really all that smart about home repairs. He is smart about a lot of other things but home repairs are not one of them. I think that he should just have the HVAC repair company on speed dial at this point because he never knows what he is doing when it comes to fixing the furnace and the air conditioning. It’s the same difference when he wants to clean the ductwork instead of hiring a ductwork cleaning company to come and do it the right way. I told him a million times that we should just go ahead and call up a professional ductwork cleaning company, but he just would not let me do it. He said that he wanted to do it all himself and save us a lot of money. I knew that it was gonna end up as a disaster, and that is exactly what happened. He was upstairs working on the air vents in the bathroom on the ceiling. He was up on a ladder, and he got all tangled up in the electric cord of the vacuum that he was trying to use. Of course, he ended up falling off the ladder. He really hurt himself, but I just don’t even feel sorry for him at this point.
