When I was on the phone, it was hard for me to hear clients. There were constantly people talking around me. It was hard for me to get all of the work done for clients in that atmosphere, but I managed to bring in more money for the company than anyone else last year. At the beginning of the year, the boss presented me with an award for having the top sales. The boss also gave me a promotion and a new office. My new office has climate control. My new office also has a much better view than my old desk, but the best thing in my opinion is definitely the climate control. I have a smart thermostat on the wall in my office that controls the indoor temperatures. I have a ductless heating and air conditioning plan inside of my office. I can turn the temperature down to 50° if I want or I can have the temperature at 85 if I am cold. It’s nice when I am entertaining clients, because I can adjust the temperature anywhere they like. I also enjoy having an office, because now I can hear all of my clients on the phone. I can simply close the door if I want to have a little bit of privacy. Having my own office is a perk that I did not realize I would enjoy so much. The heating and air conditioning plan is a great additional benefit.
