My sister Brandy married an HVAC technician a couple of months ago. I never thought that she would end up marrying a guy like him in a million years. I mean, don’t get me wrong here. He is a really great guy and I think that she has made a good choice with him. I just can’t believe that she ever even gave him a second though because she used to only date guys who were doctors, lawyers, and investment bankers. She always used to say that she was going to marry a rich guy and so I assumed that she would end up marrying someone like that. However, whenever she ended up having problems with her furnace a couple of years ago, she had a heating and cooling specialist over to her house to fix it and that was all she wrote. Once she met this guy while he was over there fixing her furnace, she was never even interested in anyone else ever again. She said that she knew that he was the one for her whenever they started to talk about books and movies and church while he was working on the furnace. By the time he finished fixing the heating system at her house, she was basically smitten with him and ready to dump everyone else that she had been dating. I think that it was the universe smiling down on her, though. I think that they will be really good for each other and I know that they will have the best indoor air quality ever in their house!
