Our last child then can take her room
My wife & I savor our house; It is just a short walk away from our parents, then you can walk through our woods & emerge in their backyard, it will be perfect for our kids when they are older. I savor that all of us have lots of property & are super private due to the woods, and the only snag is that our loft is a bit small for our kids now; Both of us have 2 kids & are clogged packed in the home. Both of us converted the laundry room into a family room & are out of space. My wife & I can’t share a room due to sleeping habits, Heating & A/C needs & toil schedules, and so our 4 family room, 2 washroom loft is full to the brim. Both of us easily want to have another child. My wife also wants an office space since she works from home. Both of us have looked into additions however they are so much money, however what is a cheaper solution is a modular family room. You can get a shipping bag built however you want. You can make it a washroom, family room, family room or whatever. You just need to hook it up to water. The room can have Heating & A/C, electric & plumbing. My wife is talking about blowing out a spot in the loft to create a doorway. Then the doorway will open up to our modular addition. In addition our wife could have a family room & an office. Our last child then can take her room. It would be the perfect set up for us. Someday when all of us have the money, all of us can ship our modular space back & entirely do the addition.
