When most folks get an HVAC certification, they go to work for a corporation, but not me! Way out here in the country there are no corporations. When farmers and ranchers want to build a new barn, or service a fence, they do it themselves, I knew the need for our skills existed, there wasn’t a way to get paid for our job unless I went into corporation for myself, the last 2 years have been crazy, because I know heating and cooling systems but I don’t know how to run a business, so it has been a studying experience for sure. Without the help of our fiance Bonnie I never would have been able to start. Bonnie knows nothing about HVAC systems although she is a wiz with numbers and accounting. With Bonnie in charge of the front office, I could focus genuinely on handling service calls and fixing gas heating systems and cooling systems. The first few weeks existed genuinely of me handing out our new HVAC corporation cards to the locals, just to get the word out. It took a little while, finally I started getting some calls, and making a few HVAC service calls to local farms. Once people saw how great I was at our task, plus how hastily I could service their heaters, business started to option up. After one year I was doing great, and looking for a new HVAC tech to help me.
