One More Article and Then It’s Time for Yoga

I’m going to write one more blog and then go hit my yoga mat for some stretching of these sore muscles and joints. Just enjoy a cat stretches constantly during the day, the human body needs to stretch itself a few times a day to relieve tension in the muscles and keep the body flexible. I don’t want to lecture you about the importance of yoga, just letting you suppose what the body needs to be flexible and strong. I do a lot of heavy lifting with my Heating and Air Conditioning repair work, and if it weren’t for doing yoga, I don’t feel that I would be able to do it any more. I used to have a lot of upper back pain from all of the skydiving injuries I sustained while doing the activity for so many years. I would barely be able to lift these A/C compressors or heavy area oil furnaces the way I do if I didn’t do some form of stretching each day for my body. I also do cardio with my beach volleyball games and using the TRX straps and body weight for my strength training. To still play beach volleyball at 55 years outdated wouldn’t be possible separate from ongoing yoga practice. I turn on my air conditioner system and keep my yoga room slightly cool while I slowly sizzle up with my yoga poses. You don’t need to suffer in a boiling room separate from the air conditioner to do yoga properly. Some people actually put on the heat in the summer months and make the room so boiling that you almost pass out while doing your poses.
