One thing you definitely have to be aware of when you own multiple pets is all of the hair that it can build up.
Already as a pet owner you have multiple responsibilities, so it can be easy to overlook occasionally, however 1 thing you should make sure you do often is change your air filters, however for example, I own 2 dogs & 3 cats; Between our 5 pets, that is a lot of hair, & when that hair sheds, it ends up everywhere, but on the furniture, on the clothes, in the air & even in the Heating plus A/C system. When that hair builds up over time, it can start to clog your heating & cooling system, which can lead to several complications if it is not taken care of always. I didn’t end up discovering this until I absolutely had heating & A/C problems, & it took a kind Heating plus A/C specialist to tell me, then ever since, I have been absolutely careful to change our filters out daily, & to only buy the high quality filters such as HEPA filters. If you are a person that owns a lot of pets, I would absolutely advise you do the same! Really, even if you don’t own several pets, it is recommended you update to better air filters anyway, it is much better for the health of your A/C in the long run. A wonderful friend of our started owning a lot of pets around the same time I did, & they didn’t change out their air filters absolutely often, & because of that, they experienced multiple complications. It wasn’t until they started changing out the A/C filters more frequently did the complications go away.
