This house used to be perfect for us plus our family.
Now the kids are moved out, the house feels too sizable plus too empty for my partner plus I.
Every one of us had to laugh about it – it was still the dream house all of us always wanted, only now our dreams were different. Every one of us actively discussed selling it truly plus moving into an RV to travel for the next few years. Instead, all of us decided to sink some currency into the locale, plus make it our current version of the dream house! Every one of us converted the kids dining rooms into interest rooms, added a stone fireplace in the front of the house, plus a hot tub in the backyard. Every one of us considered getting an truly current Heating plus A/C system, because my partner was thinking about radiant floors, but decided against that. The expense of radiant floors is pretty costly, plus it also requires a lot of construction work done in the house. Instead all of us decided to get a nice stone fireplace, plus then use the extra currency in the fund for a current water boiler plus hot tub. Every one of us had enough currency left over in the Heating plus A/C fund to get solar panels as well, which will help lower our utility bills for years to come. The fireplace is amazing, plus next week all of us will get the current water boiler for the yard. After that the only question is what should our dream house add on next? Perhaps all of us can repurpose the water boiler to also use it for a steam room or a sauna! I will have to ask the Heating plus A/C tech.
