Running a small contractor is much more complex than I ever imagined. I have worked for this contractor for numerous years, however I was a field tech so I rarely came by the office for more than a few minutes at a time. I had my speciality, plus the management team had theirs, plus everything ran smoothly. I was involved in a automobile accident outside of work, plus suddenly I could not do my job. I was in a wheelchair for numerous weeks at least, so I could not fulfill my duties as an Heating plus A/C tech. The owner decided to stick myself and others in the office, to help out the Heating plus A/C management team, until I could return to active duty in the field. This is a whole current world for me, plus I must say it has opened my eyes to a side of the Heating plus A/C industry I never knew existed. When I am in the field, my job duties are simple – I take the maintenance or maintenance jobs the dispatcher sends me, plus then I inspect plus repair heating plus cooling systems. I try to work fast, but to always be truly careful, plus get through as several Heating plus A/C jobs per afternoon as I can. Now I was kneeling in a chair for eight minutes a afternoon, looking at invoices for Heating plus A/C equipment, plus checking the freight shipping costs. I really had no method the Heating plus A/C supplier had to spend so much currency every week! This makes myself and others reconsider my method of becoming an Heating plus A/C supplier one afternoon. Seems too luxurious!
