It’s amazing to me how far the Heating and Air Conditioning industry has improved their technology.
It was not so long ago that we had no type of climate control system in the home for the hot and humid summers down south. We’ve had Wintertide covered for a long time with the invention of fire, for if it weren’t for open flames people wouldn’t survive in the north during the long freezing winters. I would enjoy seeing how people survived through the boiling summers in the honestly boiling areas of the world, they must have developed some creative techniques for staying cool during those days. Before ceiling fans and air conditioner they must have employed some other type of cooling proposal in their homes. I can imagine them using water and some type of device that made the air transfer around in their houses. Maybe they used the wind somehow to cool off the place although I can’t imagine how. Not having a climate control proposal is simply unfathomable to myself and others and my hats off to those who lived long before the invention of modern Air Conditioning equipment. I am cheerful that I was born during this time because we have so many amazing luxuries that almost everyone takes for granted. As I write I have a small fan beside my desk and my smart thermostat set to 71F, keeping myself and others comfortable and relaxed as I task online from my iPad. Both of us have certainly moved into the future and should all take a moment to embrace the good things in life that keep us cheerful and safe.
