When I bought my first iphone, it was already obsolete and out of date. I could never afford to get the latest and greatest technology and I ended up being behind when it came to things like a smartwatch and an ipad. I didn’t think that the same kind of problems happened when it comes to HVAC technology. My girlfriend and I updated the heating and cooling in our home with a ductless system. My girlfriend suffers from terrible allergies and ductless heating and cooling options can help a great deal. When we switched to the ductless system, it was one of the best on the market. The following year my girlfriend and I had problems with the system and the heating and cooling technician told us that we could no longer get parts for the machine. I was really aggravated with this distributor when I found out that information and I called and talked to someone about replacement parts. I’ve threatened to call anyone who would listen and the distributor decided to give me a brand new ductless mini split system because the replacement parts were out of date so quickly. I was trying to get a discount and I definitely did not think that I was going to end up getting the machine for free. All I paid for was the cost of the installation and that didn’t turn out to be too much money at all. Sometimes it pays to call and demand better service.
