The new year is bringing new challenges

I can’t believe it, 2020 is just literally days away.

Just the idea of 2020 makes my head spin.

But, I was also born in 1966, so it’s hard to suppose that I am even going through 2020. It just doesn’t seem love I could have possibly lived that long already. The coming year isn’t just a mind blower for me. This new year will be chock full of some really pressing option to be made by all of us. I hope that the majority of my American sisters and siblings will contemplate those choices as they kick back after a long day and enjoy the HVAC comfort. Actually, I wish things were in such a state that all the people could just love there HVAC comfort and didn’t have to guess so hard about these choices. There is so much at stake for all of us. I am starting to want to go back to the days back when we treated each other with compassion and tolerance. Oh, and having facts actually mean something would also be nice. There is another major problem that always hits close to beach house as well. A certain refrigerant used in older HVAC systems will no longer be allowed to be made in this country. This has been coming for nearly a decade, it shouldn’t be a big surprise to a single person. The HVAC manufacturers are actually ahead of the curve. This ozone refrigerant has not been used in commercial or residential applications for just about 6 years. Yet, there will be some homeowners who are affected by this refrigerant ban. All of those HVAC systems that still use R 22 are going to find it hard to come by. If they can manage to find it, a recharge is going to so extravagant. The hard option is whether to just go on an upgrade to a new heating and cooling unit currently.
