Anyway, the HVAC serviceman went to the shop and did the installation. I confirmed that they trained my mum on temperature control to ensure that she can regulate the warmth and cold distributed in the room. Unfortunately, I couldn’t provide her with heated floors for now, but she manages for now with what’s available. The supplier sold to us the best equipment, complete with heating and cooling insurance. The agreement also covered duct cleaning among other services should we need it. I was happy to engage with the technician because it’s hard to get a reliable person.
