I bought a commercial air conditioning instead of a residential one

So, I learned that the quality HVAC I had bought was a commercial air conditioning unit instead of a residential one

I work in a very busy law firm. I engage with many clients on a daily service such that I lose track of my personal life sometimes. I recently moved out of town to take some time off work to put my new home together. I needed to get some home services to help with sorting and wall fixtures. The area is so cold, therefore heating and cooling are mandatory here. I started by sourcing for an air conditioning expert who can install my new HVAC equipment. The HVAC supplier I contacted does not provide after-sales services, so I had to hire a technician from a pool of HVAC servicemen elsewhere. Finally, I got one through a neighbor’s referral, so I went ahead and called him, but we met somewhere outside my home. Once we agreed on terms, he came over and installed the HVAC. Soon after, the indoor air quality improved. I had thought of including heated floors when installing my central ac system, but I had a budget overrun and abandoned it altogether. A few months later, the bills kept shooting up despite my effort to maintain reasonable temperature control. I couldn’t understand the reason why. I thought I made a mistake. So, I learned that the quality HVAC I had bought was a commercial air conditioning unit instead of a residential one. Secondly, the HVAC duct wasn’t properly installed, and I didn’t want inconvenience later when doing duct cleaning. After the air conditioning repair service replaced the unit from my supplier with residential HVAC brands, everything returned to normal thanks to the warranty.
