The a/c in my rental is a constant source of irritation, and first, I guess my tenant is kind of whiny so it is not entirely the system’s fault.
Second, the weather is quite intense in the south.
Every one of us get afternoons of 90-100 degrees plus it is hard for even a fantastic cooling system to keep up. Finally, the system is entirely an ancient a single plus on its last legs. The A/C is constantly either not turning on, hardly cooling or the rental home is super hot. My tenant calls myself and others just about every several weeks with an AC system. I used to call a HVAC professional everytime plus even the worker started telling myself and others there was nothing he could do. The guy cleaned the whole system plus put up-to-date coolant in it. I change out the air filter every time I go to my rental unit. I have gotten the wiring fixed, the condensate drain mucked out plus cleaned the cooling coil. The AC system just isn’t able to do the task. I even added insulation to the rental home, black out blinds plus put ceiling fans in every room of the house. My tenant loves sending myself and others pictures of his temperature control studying like 86 degrees. He loves calling myself and others to tell myself and others that he is dripping with sweat to death. I am not going to buy an A/C when I have a single that will turn on. The moment the AC won’t turn on, he can have a up-to-date a single. For now, I am doing all the maintenance I can.
