Buying a apartment is a unquestionably stressful thing.
I had some people tell me it was the most exciting time of their lives, although I saw nothing exciting about it.
I searched for months to find the perfect house. Then I had to haggle over a price, & what stayed in the house. I never thought I had to particularally say they had to leave the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system in the house. I thought the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system was consistently left in the house. The realtor boasted the dwelling had a brand modern Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system, & I was changing the control equipment to make sure I got fine heating, ventilation, & A/C system. I decided on that house, after that I had to wait for closing, & moving in, which was a modern type of stress. I wasn’t in the apartment half an hour, when I realized the air conditioning system wasn’t coming on. It was getting warmer because of all the bodies that were helping with move. I went over to adjust the control unit, but it wasn’t there. I started looking around, & every control equipment was taking off the wall. I looked outside & the air conditioning system equipment was gone. There was no boiler in the basement. I picked up the iphone & called the lawyer, & then the realtor. The lawyer told me the previous owner wasn’t supposed to take the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system unless it was an agreement my buddy and I came to, & realtor asked what she was supposed to do. I wanted my Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system returned or a modern one installed, & that was what she should do, or I was calling her boss & the national association of realtors.
