When leaks happen in your home they are usually from rain and weak roofs… In my case, the serious leak I had recently was not from that, however there was actually water flooding from the air vents and air ducts of my central heating and air conditioner! I could not figure out what in the world was going on with it.
I had tried to check the roof and it still was pretty messed up with no evidence of a thing wrong with the roof! It was then every one of us realised that it had to be something inside of my air vents or ductwork, but so I made a simple iphone call to the local heating and cooling system supplier.
In turn they sent out a certified heating and cooling system specialist to look things over. The certified heating and cooling system specialist actually said to myself and others that my ductwork was in fact causing the issue. The solution was to have the air ducts and the ductwork sealed. I was not expecting it to be something like this. However I was willing to pay whatever the cost was because the leak going on in my nice home was pretty serious! The cost of the ductwork sealing ended up not being as awful as I had thought it was going to be. This was a major relief to tell you the truth. I was afraid I was going to be paying out the rear to get my ductwork sealed just to stop this darn flooding leakage going on! I suppose luck must have been genuinely on my side that day!
