Don’t you just love it when you get something for free? I know I do! This happened to me recently, I had inherited an older house and everything within it. The house was really dirty and needed thorough cleaning. Luckily I loved to clean, and I immediately got to work with all the tools I would need. Cloths, rags, bucket, brushes for scrubbing and lots of household cleaners. I was determined to make this place shine again. I did all that, I cleaned the floor, the walls, the furniture, the kitchen, the sinks, and the bathroom. I loved to clean so much that I managed to get all of it in a day. The task was a big undertaking as it was a big house. Now there was only one thing left to clean, the bedrooms. I started first with the closet. When cleaning out the closet I was digging through a bunch of old and nasty items. It was so bad and there was so much mess that I had to bring a giant trash bag to remove all the trash. But underneath the trash was treasure. Underneath all of it was a brand new mini portable air conditioner. I happily took it out and gave it a try and sure enough it worked perfectly. I had needed some extra money and so I decided to sell it, after all, my air conditioning in this house was working perfectly. I advertised the cooling unit for sale. It didn’t take long before I had a buyer. He paid for it and got the new a/c and in return I got the extra money that I could use on the renovations for the house. The buyer happily went on about how this air conditioning unit is perfect with his heater.
