I spent about fifteen minutes looking around an dwelling trying to find the a/c unit.
I wanted to buy the apartment, however I couldn’t afford it if I needed to purchase a new a/c unit.
The realtor told me it was supposed to be in one of the closets. I wondered if it wasn’t a window a/c unit. I had nothing against window a/c, but if there was only one, it would not cool the entire apartment. I started going through the rooms, hoping to find a closet where they could hide an a/c. The last locale i looked was in the kitchen. There was a pantry cabinet in the corner. Hidden at the bottom of the pantry was a small a/c unit. She said it was compact, but just as powerful as a full-sized a/c unit. I wondered where they put the heater, if the a/c equipment was in the closet. She took me to the hallway between the kitchen & the garage & pointed to a small door. Hidden behind the door was a compact heater. Once again, he said it was small, but just as powerful as a giant heater. I walked away from the apartment, but that didn’t mean I didn’t want to come back & look at it again. She took me to see three more apartments & a condo he had for sale, but none of them were as nice as the dwelling with the hidden, compact Heating & Air Conditioning system. I asked how much I had to put down on the dwelling until I could talk to the bank.
