The other day, my wife wanted to know what everybody wanted for dinner.
I said some chicken would be great and so we went to the store to get some fresh boneless chicken breast.
These days while she is cooking, she cranks the indoor AC unit to make sure it’s entirely comfortable in the kitchen while cooking. We also have a nice ventilation system in the kitchen, so whenever there is any smoke affecting the air quality, we can easily turn that on and all the smoke is pulled out of the kitchen and pushed out of the house. I have to say, my mouth started watering when I smelled the delicious chicken dinner that was being made. She made honey mustard & bacon chicken, BBQ chicken, and shake & bake chicken. She likes to make a variety like that because everybody in the house likes to have different flavors. She always says that’s no problem and I sometimes have a hard time deciding which piece of chicken I want to go for. Along with some mashed potatoes, green beans, and parmesan noodles, everything comes out delicious. That dinner was so fantastic and she told me I could cook on the grill the next day. Now today, I was hungry for lunch. We had some leftover chicken so my wife made me a wonderful chicken salad. As promised, I cooked steak on the grill along with some potatoes and mixed veggies. My wife pointed out how nice it was not having to crank the AC in the kitchen and saving money on the energy bills.
