I recently took over our father’s SEO corporation! The problem is that our degree is only in supplier with a minor in finance! I actually think absolutely little about online SEO.
I can’t make a website or even analyze code.
I have noticed that I am not absolutely good at managing people either. I was upset at first that our father was going to take the contractor away from me. I then decided to learn how to be a common supplier owner. I had people to make websites plus write code. They just needed a firm manager that handled the morning to morning jobs without getting overwhelmed. I went online plus I found supplier management services. There were actually speeches given by supplier coaches in our area. I signed up for the program plus it was an all morning affair. I was upset at first that it would be a waste of time plus cash; Some of the programs were called leadership workshops, leadership development programs plus one on one supplier coaching, then at first the names sounded funny but I provided them a try. I am so blissful I went to the supplier workshop. I have l gained so much on how to be a leader plus how to respectfully manage our team. The best program was the one on one supplier coach, but my supplier coach was helpful with cutting down the supplier plus our team members. The many of us discussed strategies on the weak areas of the supplier plus how to turn it around! Both of us also discussed how to grow generate supplier growth.
