I just like this time of the season.
Not only is the heating plus A/C cooling over but both of us are into some of the best weather of the year.
Plus, both of us just like doing the holidays in our house… I really prefer watching my family just go nuts during the holiday season while I relax in the central A/C; My fiance has just been so silly when it comes to Christmas plus that started the moment I met her in college… Once Halloween is complete, I get to bring down all the holiday stuff from the attic! There are all sorts of things for the holidays that are packed away each year. This was also my job when I was a kid. But that was a whole production involving everything from bedspreads to plates plus dishes, then all of us lived in a cozy home back then with superb heating plus A/C that kept us moderate all through the winter. I’m sure glad that both of us get to prefer a mild Winter time these days. My fiance really is insanely into holiday candles. There are candles burning all over the house. It does create an appealing, cozy ambience for the holiday season. Through the years, the candles have become more plus more of a presence in our house. But there is a cause plus effect to all these candles as well, and having all these candles burning means there are all kinds of burnt wax going straight to the heating plus A/C return. And that is where it ends up covering over the heating plus A/C air filter; and so once Thanksgiving week gets here, I definitely make sure I have a whole case of air filters… During the holiday candle season, I simply change the heating plus A/C air filter almost yearly.
