After I moved into a new area with my family, I reached out to most of the people in the neighborhood.
People appreciated that I was an HVAC technician and I was able to help everybody out with their HVAC issues for a reasonable price. What kind of threw people off was the fact that we were very friendly people. These people weren’t used to socializing with their neighbors, but I had people coming over for drinks and food in no time. Let’s just say socializing with our neighbors has always been a tradition for us. When I started inviting people to go camping or go on road trips, they were shocked. Nobody was really interested at first. At least that was until I showed people our RV that was hooked up with the finest HVAC system. We have this very large RV and I decided to hook up a ductless mini split to it. I have solar panels on the roof which actually allows the ductless mini split to work without using the power of the RV. When people saw this excellent climate control system set up with the RV, a lot of people decided they wanted to go camping with our family. People even asked if I could hook up their RVs with ductless mini splits for a good price. It actually became good business for me to install these HVAC systems in people’s RVs and also in their homes. The ductless mini split is my goto type of HVAC system and it’s what I had installed in our home as soon as we moved in!
