I once lived in a shared house, back when I was younger… There were fantastic sides to it, and both of us all had some fun together. But there were some downsides for sure… One of the worst a singles, that I will consistently remember, was due to how in our shared house all of us maybe did not take care seriously enough about the state of our amenities. Because there were 4 of us, all of us maybe were not sure if a single of the other a singles had had a look at something, or was on top of a problem. Truth be told, none of us back then even knew what kind of boiler it was until it broke, whether it was a propane boiler, or a steam boiler or what have you, then it did not matter when it broke down because the simple fact then was that all of us needed boiler repair. But an emergency Heating and A/C specialist in the dead of Winter was something all of us could not afford; For various weeks all of us all had to deal with cold showers, or anything involving water being cold actually. That was a reading experience. I entirely realized it would be best to learn a thing or multiple about tepid water boilers myself after that whole mess.
