It was hard for Albert to labor from beach apartment when the pandemic hit. But, his boss made sure pretty much everyone at the supplier was safe and healthy. It was better to find ways to transition from full-time office labor to remote positions. The risk of going into the office was too high, so the best thing was doing zoom meetings and such. Albert wasn’t okay with this idea, however it was safe for him and his family. The only issue was there was no space in his apartment to work. All his kids were around, including the several in university, so the space was chaotic. Eventually, Albert managed to find a supplier willing to build a small office and set it up in his backyard. The office was great, however it was missing air conditioner. Since summer time was only about a month away, Albert knew it was essential to get air conditioner for his modern office. He called a neighbor who was an Heating, Ventilation and A/C repair person for advice. Albert wasn’t sure about hiring an Heating, Ventilation and A/C worker to come to his house. The risks of COVID were too high, and there were no safety protocols in place at that time. Instead, his neighbor recommended him to look into ductless mini-cut ACs. These were heating and cooling units that didn’t rely on the central ductwork in the house. Albert had to order 1, follow the instruction, watch a video or several, and set it up. Albert was desperate, so he took the advice to heart and loved his modern air conditioner a few weeks later. The small office felt superb with the ductless mini-cut AC in place.
