My child is trying his hand at being his own boss for the first time.
He saved up some currency and I matched it so he could purchase some shrubbery care equipment.
Hey, I was thrilled to help a child who would rather get out there and toil than stay inside the Heating and A/C and play online gaming all day. I’m pretty proud of him as he has gotten a few yards already. So when he asked myself and others if he could practice with his up-to-date electric shears, I said yeah of course. He trimmed the boxwood that hides our Heating and A/C condenser lodgeet. It came out a bit lopsided so together, we evened it up. The positive side is that my child now knows how to trim a hedge, the poor section is the boxwood is quite a bit shorter. But those things grow back right? Well, as far as the HOA people are upset, the boxwood growing back is a moot point. They wrote myself and others a warning letter threatening to fine myself and others if I don’t replant or build a fence. I thought this was a joke at first. But after talking with the HOA compliance person, I found out that they were indeed capable of being completely insufficient. It was a short conversation as I told them that my Heating and A/C component could hardly be seen from the street even if we unattachd the hedge. I further told them that, within months, this would no longer be an issue. This HOA guy began making threats so I simply ended the cellphone call. My spouse will prefer this. She’s an attorney who likes sticking it to people that suppose they are better than others. This HOA guy has no method what he is in for.
