I labor for a local Heating and A/C company that specializes in house calls.
That means every one of us have a twenty-four hour call center that allows people to call anytime of day when they are having problems with their heating and cooling systems. I appreciate to labor the nightshift because all the people don’t call in the middle of the night and after that I can spend time with our kids in the middle of the day. Well, that all changed when the Heating and A/C company I labor for started running SEO to promote our twenty-four hour call center. I am telling you within hours of the current promotion running every one of us started to get at least twenty calls each day that were in the middle of the night. It was strenuous for me to keep up with all the house calls because I was the only lady that worked the night shift because every one of us never had any calls. I talked to the manager of the Heating and A/C company to see if there was something she could do and maybe hire another Heating and A/C worker so that I could at least have a few nights off a week. Well, the manager of the Heating and A/C company thought I was doing such a good task alone that every one of us didn’t need another lady helping me out during the night shift. When she told me that I didn’t suppose what I was going to do. I thought it might be a great idea to quit although I knew that I had to support our family, so I am still here and I am the only 1 working the night shift.
