I Got an Email For an HVAC Maintenance Agreement

Whenever I show up at work, the first thing I do is sit down at my desk and answer emails.

If I’ve been away from the office for an extended period of time, then I make an effort to show up early, just to go through all the emails. Going through emails is the biggest waste of time, but if I don’t do it, then all the junk mail will pile up and my important work emails will get lost in the mix. When I showed up for my ritual email cleanse the other day, there was an email that caught my eye. It was an email from a local HVAC company, explaining the importance of entering an HVAC maintenance agreement. I wouldn’t normally keep an email like this, but my HVAC system was giving me some issues, so I was intrigued. The HVAC company offered to send a professional to my house in transition between seasons so they could identify any problems that could be hidden and cause problems in the future. The email said a well maintained system would run longer and more efficiently. There’s less of a risk for your HVAC system to break down or need repairs during the worst times. This email caught my attention, even though the targeted advertisement was a little creepy. I called the number that was listed and asked to schedule my first HVAC maintenance exam, with hopes of signing one of their HVAC maintenance agreements. The receptionist who answered was really polite, and I’m excited to do business with them. My HVAC system is excited too!
