I appreciate my sister, but she has never had a lot of gumption.
I believe she is the youngest of 5 sons, as well as quite spoiled, however I had hoped she would grow up after graduating from college.

This sounded nice until she said she would just get a task in my HVAC supplier. I wasn’t sure I would be amenable to hiring my sister in my HVAC supplier. Not only did she not have any gumption, but she was lazy. She said she had been going to HVAC certification classes over the last multiple weeks. She was at the top of her class as well as she was planning on asking myself and others if I would give him an apprenticeship. For the first time in years, I had some hope for my sister. That didn’t mean I was sure if I wanted to hire him for my HVAC supplier.
