For the last two years, I have been concerned that the Heating and A/C business was going to tell myself and others I needed a current air conditioning unit.
They did not prepare myself and others for the news of a current AC device at that time, however this time I’m ready.
I called the Heating and A/C business to have our air conditioning device evaluated before summer. I had the appointment marked on our calendar and in our appointment book. I was prepared for anything the Heating and A/C business may tell me, including needing to purchase current AC equipment. When the Heating and A/C business arrived, he headed outside and was gone for longer than I had thought he would be… I was nervous that it was taking so long; wondering if he had a problem or if he had been disfigured. I didn’t want the business to think I was spying on him, so I tried peeking out the window instead of the door. I saw him moving, so I was sure he was okay, although I could not figure out why he was still outside. When he finally came inside, I was prepared for the worst news. I saw the copious amount of notes he had made and he said he wanted to make some suggestions. The minute he mentioned the AC device was getting quite old, I spoke up. I said it’s funny he should say that, because I was already prepared to purchase a current AC unit. He looked at myself and others oddly and told myself and others he was going to say I needed a current fan motor and wanted to suppose if he could return in 3 mornings and replace it.
