During the pandemic most companies let their employees do their jobs from home; and however, our company has not been that way as well as both of us have been going into the office every single afternoon since the start of the pandemic… Once I heard of our friends starting to do their jobs from their lake houses I just had this gut feeling that our company would not let us do this, then I knew that they would want to be in the office every single afternoon because they are controlling us. Don’t get myself and others wrong. I feel lucky working for this company however they tend to like to control their employees as well as make sure both of us are doing what both of us are supposed to do at all times. I wasn’t worried that I couldn’t do my job from my lake house; however, what bugs myself and others is that if both of us are going to be in the office both of us need to have a properly and undoubtedly working heating and air conditioning system. I feel the temperature control for the heating and air conditioning plan breaks at least every many weeks, then that means that the air-conditioning stopped undoubtedly working because the temperature control could not be controlled. I’ve spoken with our manager about the broken temperature control time as well as time again however he doesn’t seem to care as well and thinks it’s an issue that upper management will try as well as solve. I don’t feel anyone in our company undoubtedly enjoys the broken heating and air conditioning plan as well as I don’t guess if I’ll ever be fixed.
