I am so gleeful to move to a new village however as the two of us all know, it’s not consistently easy to move to a new place and meet new people.
- I am thankful to keep our job and work remote, however there will be other challenges.
I am wondering if the two of us are going to find a home in our price range that doesn’t have window component ACs. I am not opposed to the window component ACs, however there are a few reasons I would choose to have a central heating system. Without a window component AC, I am not sure that our wifey will be able to sleep, but his thing when it comes to sleeping is the white noise… Other advantages of a window component A/C is that fact that you can turn them off and on when you are in that room. There’s no need to cool a room that people are not using. In houses with central heating and cooling, wasted energy is consistently a problem. When it comes to finding a new house, I would adore to find 1 separate from window component ACs and I believe that it is not a deal breaker if the two of us do find a place with only window component ACs. I’ve consistently loved having a window component AC, but my energy bill never exceeds $100 with window component ACs. It is nice to have a central cooling system, however it is consistently much more fancy.
