Ahh it’s the start of a new week and I am feeling happiness mixed with sadness. A bit sad because I saw a friend of mine singing last night and he looked so happy while doing it and it made me feel sad because I have the same craving inside to sing yet I remain silent. I was singing with my buddy Danny last year but we haven’t played together in a few months. Also, my friend who sang has a much better voice than I do and it just makes me feel a bit inadequate. But, my new HVAC technology that will arrive in the mail today or tomorrow from the local business has me feeling happy. I guess life is a mixture of all different kinds of emotions and it is better to feel the whole range of them than to feel nothing at all. I am getting a new dual fuel system and an electric heat pump this week and am excited because I think they are both going to save me a lot of money over the next few years in my heating and cooling bills. The rates are a lot higher than they used to be and I have been looking for ways to save money and I think these new units are going to help me a lot in that quest. I am going to clean my washable HEPA filter today and also clean the furnace filter, which is not a HEPA filter but a normal one. It should be a good week in all though with all of the new things coming.
