My patients are my priority.
I want to make them feel comfortable visiting my clinic. They are pregnant mothers, hopeful wives, and single women who are concerned about their bodies. I want to make them at ease while waiting for their turn. I was in a new building and was not familiar with the air conditioning system. Part of me trusted the statements stipulated in the contract. I had never been worried until that moment. I checked the remote control for the HVAC equipment and found no change there. And then, when I went out, I noticed more water leaking from the air conditioning system. I apologized profusely to my patients and immediately called the maintenance team of the building. Unfortunately, they were busy fixing something on the other floors. I have no choice but to get the service of another HVAC company who can send their air conditioning technician and air conditioning expert to examine my unit. At that time, the cost of the AC repair services didn’t matter anymore. I just want my air conditioning unit to be fixed as fast as possible. I was grateful I called the right HVAC company. They responded immediately. Luckily, they were also within the vicinity of the building. Within twenty minutes, they identified the problem and made the necessary AC repairs. Luckily, the building management looked at my situation with an open mind. They apologized for not addressing the problem regarding the air conditioning repair immediately. Also, they decided to refund me the money I have used in the air conditioning repair from another HVAC company. After that, my patients have started to enjoy a more efficient air conditioning system. I do not have to worry anymore that the moms and housewives waiting for their turn will have a headache just because of a bad-performing HVAC system.
