The Ice Melted Too Quickly On The A/C Unit plus It Flooded

I couldn’t believe the amount of ice that built up on my air conditioning unit last weekend. I had no system that ice was even forming, plus by the time I noticed, it was too late. My air conditioning proposal was running well, so I decided not to call an Heating, Ventilation & A/C company to come look at it. This was a terrible idea. Instead, I decided to melt the ice myself. I took my fiance’s hair dryer plus began pointing it at the frozen ice surrounding the cooling system. It took myself and others a long time to get everything melted because the ice was so thick! Once all the ice had melted off of my cooling system, I went about my day per usual. That evening, everything started going wrong. The air coming out of my air vents was no longer cool, plus my air conditioning proposal was struggling to keep my condo at a satisfactory temperature. Then, I saw water leaking into my house! As soon as I noticed the water, I called the emergency Heating, Ventilation & A/C line plus requested an appointment. They were able to send an Heating, Ventilation & A/C professional to my house first thing in the day. The Heating, Ventilation & A/C professional told myself and others that I’d melted the ice too fast on the air conditioning unit, which had caused the drip pan to overflow plus leak water into my house. He requested that the next time ice formed on my air conditioning unit, that I should contact a professional instead of using my fiance’s hair dryer.
