Everything today is going up in price.
That includes central heating and air.
The costs of home central heating and air have been increasing over the last few years. I am really hoping that they do not go up so high that my great friend, and I are back to the beginning of central air decades ago, when the only people that could afford them were the rich, and commercial building owners. Even the cost of heating and cooling repair from local HVAC companies have gone up a lot in the last few years. These days, if the unit breaks down, I’m reluctant to call the local heating and cooling business to send out a specialist, because I am really worried about what it is going to cost me. Will I go broke or break the bank over an easy heating and cooling repair? This is not a great feeling at all. So, I am hoping that this trend in the last few years of the rising cost of central air will go away. The prices of both will end up going back to what they had been for the last few decades or so!
