She wanted to hook it up to the central Heating and Air Conditioning in the house, but it would cost so much money to extend the HVAC duct. Instead, her buddy, a trained Heating and Air Conditioning professional, commanded dad buy a mini-split A/C unit. This was a ductless system that dad would hook up on the wall. Dad had to wait for a little while after placing an order for the ductless mini-split AC. Much to my delight, I helped him set it up in the basement after it arrived. I was finally getting a room of my own and would put up my spiderman posters on any wall I wanted. Plus, now I never had to move from playing video games with air conditioning. When I was showing off my space, I knew my sibling felt a little envious.
