- Once I heard of our friends starting to work from home I just had this gut feeling that our supplier would not let us do this! I knew that they would want to be in the office every single afternoon because they are controlling like that.
Don’t get myself and others wrong. I love working for this supplier, however they tend to love to control their employees plus make sure every one of us are doing what every one of us are supposed to do at all times. I wasn’t upset that I couldn’t work from home, however what bugs myself and others is that if every one of us are going to be in the office every one of us need to have a respectfully laboring heating plus A/C system. I guess the temperature control for the heating plus A/C plan breaks at least every several weeks. That means that the air-conditioning stopped working because the temperature control couldn’t be controlled. I’ve spoken with our director about the broken temperature control time plus time again however she doesn’t seem to care and thinks it’s an issue that upper management will try to solve. I don’t think anyone in our supplier absolutely likes the broken heating plus A/C plan plus I don’t know if I’ll ever be fixed. I just want to work in an office that has a respectfully laboring heating plus A/C plan so I can be comfortable plus get our work done in a timely fashion.
