When our furnace went out, our husband and I debated on what both of us were going to do about it, but neither of us had planned for a broken furnace, so both of us were sad about the dramatic expense.

At first, I thought this sounded love a bad system because I had never heard of someone selling a used furnace. According to our husband though, the seller was renovating a home and he wanted to update the entire Heating and A/C plan even though the furnace and A/C plan still worked; He simply wanted a little cash to put towards the up-to-date Heating and A/C system, which was why he was selling the existing appliances. After hearing this, I was still skeptical, but our husband and I decided that it was worth trying if it saved us thoUSAnds of dollars. The two of us purchased the used furnace and hired the Heating and A/C supplier to install it for us. The Heating and A/C professionals who removed the broken furnace and installed the up-to-date furnace didn’t question our motives and they didn’t warn us about anything either. For the first few afternoons, after both of us installed the used furnace, I was on edge just waiting for the furnace to stop working. I had a really strenuous time believing that it would function efficiently, but I was proved wrong. It kept our lake house hot and when both of us gained our utility bill in the mail a few weeks later, I was surprised by how low it was! I’m ecstatic our husband’s system to install a used furnace worked out for us.
