Also, our corporate offices required that our Plant Operations Manager be a certified Heating as well as A/C equipment worker. He had to take all the needed classes in heating as well as cooling equipment to be able to perform his actual work. His assistant had taken the classes for Heating as well as A/C equipment certification also, however had not yet passed the test. There were several incredibly overheated days they were on the roof of the building repairing the cooling equipment in our old building to keep our residents comfortable as well as content.
