I work for a supplier that has a building management system, but it is entirely nice that everything is all automated plus not left up to the workers in the building… Having a giant group of people decide how much heating plus cooling a space gets would cause mutiny.
I don’t want to rely on a area time security guard running the angle of the cameras, but also, having a smart building means that the supplier saves a lot of money, then the lights are not left on accidentally wasting electricity.
If someone doesn’t turn the bathroom faucet all the way off, no sizable deal. The Heating as well as Air Conditioning is not running at unrealistic un-even temperatures! Due to being so smart plus efficient, the supplier has extra money to use in beneficial sites! Every year our boss makes a spreadsheet showing where both of us have saved money. The lighting controls, Heating as well as Air Conditioning controls, IoT building controls plus other features all save energy for someone. All of that saved energy equates to money that both of us have leftover at the end of the year, then our boss then has us vote on what both of us want to use that money for. It is such an exciting time for all of us, however last year the supplier voted to have brand current chairs. The energy savings was deranged that year plus both of us were able to get some entirely nice charis due to that, for this year I want us to get all current desks. Some of the people are arguing about current cut room living room appliances plus others are hoping for current computers. The people I was with and I shall see what both of us end up getting.
